Noisy beer street location but exceptional breakfast and customer service!
convenient location, delicious breakfast, noisy street

missingWrote a review on Nov 04noisy roomdirty room
the room was utterly noisy with guests next door being bothersome and the underbed was an absolute disgrace. I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but apparently that wasn't in the budget. on top of that, breakfast options were rarely refilled—what a disappointment! ,

Spacious, modern room. Comfy bed for easy sleep.
Walls thin—noise from neighboring rooms and hallways made it tough to catch some z's at night. Water pipes running through the walls created a constant, bothersome sound, contradicting the promised soundproofing.

missingWrote a review on Sept 30friendly staffexcellent breakfastnoise disturbance
Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the local nightlife, with plenty of tasty dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly, and Tracy even sent a message inviting us to breakfast. Don't miss the excellent variety at breakfast – it's a great start to the day!
One downside was the noise from surrounding areas. it might be a bit much if you're looking for quiet nights. However, the overall experience outweighed this issue.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13ideal locationnoisy street
The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the Old Quarter, just steps from vibrant local markets and inviting restaurants. The breakfast offers a fantastic selection, showcasing both delicious Vietnamese dishes and Western cuisine. It's a delight to explore the early morning market for exotic fruits like dragon fruit and star fruit, all within walking distance.
While the area is lively, it might be a bit noisy for those seeking a quiet night's sleep.

missingWrote a review on Feb 28convenient locationrooftop barsound insulationlimited coffee options
The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The rooftop bar provided a calm escape amidst the busy streets below. Breakfast featured fresh fruits and juices, but coffee options were better at nearby cafes. Sound insulation could be better given the city's energetic atmosphere.
